2. Agency Services & Intellectual Property

All custom software, branding assets, and technical infrastructure built specifically per individual client contracts are bound by the terms in those specific Master Service Agreements (MSAs). Upon final payment, IP invariably shifts securely to the client entity.

3. Limitations

In no event shall JK Digital Nexus or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on our site.
